Metrohm ProcessLab is a robust modular analysis system
and is designed for routine analysis tasks in industry.
It consists of a control unit and one or more analysis
modules. The analysis modules are equipped with wet part
modules which make it possible to carry out all
analytical steps in a fully automatic process.
The ProcessLab system uses well-established hardware and
software, including the Titrando titrator and tiamo?
software. The advantages to the process industry are the
industrial PC and I/O controller for sending of
information to process control systems: also the
ProcessLab can be used at several different points in the
manufacturing process.
The system will automatically analyze pH, acid value and
salt content.
The ProcessLab can be equipped with a high-speed
homogenizer for dissolution of solid samples as well as a
hot water to help dissolve powders e.g. instant soup.
