CC1020, the industry's first single-chip FSK/ASK CMOS RF Transceiver for
narrowband and multi-channel applications
The CC1020 is designed for FSK and ASK systems operating
in the 424 to 470 MHz and 848 to 940 MHz frequency bands.
Typical frequency bands used are 426, 429, 433, 868 and
902-928 MHz. Key features of the CC1020 include:
?	Receiver sensitivity up to -119 dBm
?	Programmable data rate up to 153.6 kbit/s
?	Selectivity (25 kHz systems): 30 dB adjacent
channel rejection and 40 dB alternate channel
rejection
?	Adjacent Channel Power (25 kHz systems): - 45
dBc
?	Power supply: 2.3 - 3.6 V
?	Narrowband digital RSSI function
?	Intelligent wake-up circuitry for power
management
?	Fully on-chip VCO (Voltage Controlled
Oscillator)
Typical applications for the CC1020 are one-way and two-
way RF systems that require narrowband operations and/or
high data rates. Automatic meter reading, alarm and
security, remote keyless entry, tire pressure monitoring
and home automation systems are just a few of the many
potential uses for the CC1020.
The CC1020 is supported by a world-class development tool
that makes it quick and easy for designers to evaluate
the performance of the chip and develop their own RF
products.
